Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

Online group classes and packages are non-refundable.

Single sessions may be rescheduled up to 8 hours before the scheduled start time.
No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
The validity period of class packages cannot be extended due to irregular attendance.
Occasionally, online classes may not take place due to retreats, holidays, or other scheduled breaks. In such cases, the validity of your package will be extended accordingly.
All booking changes can be made directly through your Member Area.
