This programme has been designed to give you an experiential introduction to the nature of this work, both the energetic transmissions & the teachings that go with it. The online session will offer a taste of this process which will then be further expanded in the live retreat in North Carolina in Spring 2025.

Kundalini is the primordial power that governs creation. The Sanskrit word for Power is Shakti, Kundalini is called Adi Shakti - the Primordial, the Primeval, Fundamental force that lies at the very source of reality. It its this potency, this Shakti that we invoke & open ourselves to.   

This is a process of alignment & activation brought about not by doing and trying, rather by consciously surrendering to the transmission. Along with the energy work, you will be taught powerful subtle body meditations that you can take back from the weekend to keep opening deeper into the energies. These practices will are not taught simply as instructions, but will be activated with energy transmissions so that they come alive in your system.  

This half day intensive includes energetic transmission + activated subtle body meditation  +  teachings on kundalini from authentic lineage  + conversations to help understand this process & better integrate the energy.
