Mothers First is a targeted nutrition project in communities around Varanasi in Northern India.

During the experience energy meets you where you are and may go through phases of realising unprocessed traumas, Stuck emotions, and stagnant energies. We free ourselves from limitations and move forward to become conscious creators of our lives with deep connection to the Source/Self/Universe.
