Aliveness Kundalini Activation - Maynooth

It's been nearly a year since my last class in Maynooth, and I’m excited to offer an introductory session to share insights into the nature of my work and introduce you to the potential it offers. This class includes a talk, energy work, sharing, and a Q&A.

This work is about deepening your self-awareness, reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been suppressed for years, and shifting into a more fluid, joyful way of being—one full of new possibilities.

Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.

Please do not eat for at least 2 hours before the session.

Please note this is a group activation.

I will create a safe container where the energies are amplified and, in that space, depending on what your system needs the most, your Lifeforce energy will be activated. Your Lifeforce energy will start moving through your energetic and physical body. That means that your energetic system will start the purification process. That purification is a baseline for your further spiritual development.

The purification process is different for everyone but what we could expect is a release of all sorts of blockages such as:

• emotional blockages,
• traumas stored on the cellular level of our body,
• stagnant energies,
• subconsciously stored limited beliefs and patterns.

The beauty that comes with each release directly reflects our lives.

Our internal state always reflects our external reality.

Release of blockages from your system will create:

• space and an increase of a natural flow of our vital force,

I will support the activation of your Lifeforce energy, gradually preparing your system for the awakening of your Kundalini energy.
