The programme is an energetic container that extents beyond the daily class, the group field will be held in a activated space for the whole period of 9 days, so participate in it with focus & openness to gain the most out of this journey. For this reason the group size will be limited.

This is not simply a series of transmissions, it is a cumulative process that unfolds across the 9 days. There is a living field of group energy that is consciously generated and maintained from the first session to the last. Though the journey we will be working on the group field and the individuals in it in a on-going basis.
It feels deeply significant that this is the 9th cycle of this 9-day immersive journey, and I would love to invite you to join us.
The 3 Foundations
This programme stands on 3 legs, three foundations which make the process potent.
The first foundation is the Transmissions itself, these sessions are the very heart of the programme, where the energy is deeply infused into the group. During this 9 day period we will move though a series of frequencies starting from more activating to more expansive.
Daily 30 min Transmission with 2 hrs Sundays sessions
There is an intention embedded into the very frequency of the energy we are holding for you these 9 days, which is ‘that each participant has a deepening contact with Source Energy’. Further at 3 times each day, there will be an amplification of this intent & the energy, we call these "attunements", we (Diana & Sri) will be working with the whole group remotely.
Remote Attunements
The second foundation is to commit to a daily practice apart from sitting for the transmission(minimum of 20 min), this is an essential step in order to integrate & make room for the energy to anchor into your system.

This is very active and intense programme and we require your full patricipation.

Your Level of Commitment:
This programme is for anyone who wishes to connect deeply with spiritual energy and fully surrender to the process through active participation.
Your Active Participation:
You must be open to engaging in multiple sessions of energy work each day throughout the program, spanning for around 90 minutes each day and including:
Daily Transmission Zoom:
30 minutes daily on Zoom at 7 pm Irish time except Sundays (longer sessions)
Sunday Sessions:
2 hour long sessions on both Sundays from 10 am Irish time
Remote Attunements:
Three 7-min remote attunement (7.07 am, 12.12 pm, 4.04 pm Irish time)
Daily Practice:
Daily 20-40 minutes of personal practice.
The Lobby (Q&A Sessions)
Two Q&A sessions on Tuesday & Friday 8-9 pm Irish time.
Daily Practice:
This programme is not suitable for those who are unwilling or unable to practice daily & fully engage with the group.
Responsibility:
You must take responsibility for their own inner journey and be willing to do the work.
Previous Experience:
Previous experience of Kundalini Transmission with Diana or Sri is required.

You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being.

Attendance at the introductory session, day 1, is essential. If you are unable to attend, you will not be able to continue in the programme, and no refund can be provided.

Consistency supports the depth of the process. If you miss three transmission sessions within the first four days, you will no longer be able to continue in the programme, and no refund will be issued.
