About the Event
Our body is a gateway to deeper self-awareness and it is a direct portal to the Divine. Through intense energy work, we can access subtle dimensions—clear perceptions that often remain hidden, spaces of living light, pure intelligence, impersonal love, and realms of boundless potential and higher consciousness.
We are complex beings existing on multiple planes simultaneously—our body, mind, perception, limitations, feelings, suppressed aspects, voice, expression, creative force, inner state, subtle being, and more. While these aspects are parts of our current form, they do not define us. What we truly are cannot be easily defined, but knowing more about ourselves brings us closer to understanding our true nature.
A question to reflect on is: If we never take the time to explore and understand every aspect of ourselves, how can we ever grow beyond our conditioned limits?
This workshop offers an invitation to connect with yourself at a new, yet-to-be-discovered level through surrender to your body and energy transmission in the activated space held by Diana. It is a deeply personal journey where you may integrate suppressed parts of yourself, gain insights to transcend conditioning, or tap into realms of light where the presence of Grace and the Divine is undeniable.Â
Show up and embrace whatever experiences arise as you move towards discovering your true wholeness and essence.
The class will last 2 hours and will include an introduction, powerful energy transmission, and guided-practice, concluding with a discussion to integrate the experiences.Â

Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
