The programme is an energetic container that extents beyond the daily class, the group field will be held in a activated space for the whole period of 9 days, so participate in it with focus & openness to gain the most out of this journey. For this reason the group size will be limited.

This is not simply a series of transmissions, it is a cumulative process that unfolds across the 9 days. There is a living field of group energy that is consciously generated and maintained from the first session to the last. Though the journey we are will be working on the group field and the individuals in it in a on-going basis.

The 3 Foundations

This programme stands on 3 legs, three foundations which make the process potent.

Transmission Session (daily 30 minutes zoom meetings with longer Sundays sessions)

​The first foundation is the Transmissions itself, these sessions are the very heart of the programme, where the energy is deeply infused into the group. During this 9 day period we will move though a series of frequencies starting from more activating/ energising to more expansive/ awakening.

Daily Practice (20-40 minutes practice)

The second foundation is to commit to a daily practice apart from sitting for the transmission(minimum of 20 min), this is an essential step in order to integrate & make room for the energy to anchor into your system.

Intent

The third foundation is ‘Intent’. There is an intention embedded into the very frequency of the energy we are holding for you these 9 days, which is ‘that each participant has a deepening contact with source energy’.  Further at 3 times each day, there will be an amplification of this intent & the energy, we call these ‘attunements’, we (Diana & Sri) will be working with the whole group remotely.

​Your Level of Commitment: This program is for anyone who wishes to connect deeply with spiritual energy and fully surrender to the process through active participation. ​ Your Active Participation: You must be open to engaging in multiple sessions of energy work each day throughout the program, spanning for around 90 minutes each day and including:  30 minutes daily on Zoom except Sundays 1.5-2 hour long sessions on both Sundays Three 7-minute remote attunement sessions Daily 20-40 minutes of personal practice. ​ Daily Practice: This program is not suitable for those who are unwilling or unable to practice daily and fully engage with the group. ​ Responsibility: You must take responsibility for their own inner journey and be willing to do the work.
