Yoga of the Living Light
Pondicherry Pilgrimage with Diana
February 15–22, 2026
A 7-day meditative retreat into the unseen, where light descends into form.
This is a retreat of deep inner being.
For those no longer enchanted by the shine of illusion, but drawn to the unseen, the enduring, the true.
An intimate pilgrimage into the living current of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother’s vision,
into the quiet furnace where Divine Will, Consciousness, and Matter meet in transformation.
Retreat Programme
Each day unfolds in a rhythm of silence, subtle communion, and visits to places of deep spiritual power. Meditative transmission sessions with Diana anchor the retreat—held in stillness, presence, and energy.Rather than busy activity, the days are shaped by attunement—each moment a threshold into the Supreme, shared within a devoted field of community and grace.

Sri Aurobindo & The Mother Ashram & Samadhi
We’ll visit the Samadhi of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother in Pondicherry—where devotion deepens and stillness speaks.
Their living presence is subtle yet unmistakable, inviting a direct, inner connection for those ready to listen beyond the mind.

Auroville
We’ll be based in Auroville—a living prayer for human unity, born from The Mother’s vision.
More than a place, it’s a sacred atmosphere that invites simplicity, inner listening, and deep receptivity as we prepare for the pilgrimage ahead.

The Matrimandir
The Matrimandir is the soul of Auroville—a radiant golden sphere devoted to silence, inner concentration, and direct contact with the Divine.
Envisioned by The Mother, it offers no ritual or doctrine—only the pure invitation to turn inward, to listen deeply, and to return to the essential self in the stillness beyond words.

Transmission & Meditation
Each day will include one or two dedicated segments of energy work and meditation, depending on the rhythm of the field. These sessions are held in silence and transmission by Diana, creating a space for inward settling, attunement, and presence. Alongside the meditative segments, there will be space for teachings, deep conversation, and Q&A, allowing each participant to engage both energetically and consciously with the unfolding process.

Accomodation
Our base will be Abundance Guesthouse, a peaceful haven near Auroville’s green belt. Surrounded by trees and birdsong, it offers a simple, restful space that supports inner work.
Offering nourishing vegetarian meals and a slow, intentional rhythm, it invites softness, presence, and deep listening.

About Diana
With many years of spiritual practice and profound realisations, Diana creates a space to help others awaken their Kundalini energy and expand their consciousness through her authentic, graceful and direct energy work infused with light and divine love.

This retreat is limited to 10 participants. It is not a cultural exploration, but a profound spiritual pilgrimage, a sacred container for serious practitioners committed to deep inner work, not simply a travel experience.
We are calling in individuals who are devoted to their path and ready to engage in stillness, presence, and the invisible current of transformation.
This journey blends meditative transmission, sacred site visits, and extended time immersed in the potent energetic field of a highly charged landscape.

All sessions will be held in silence/soft music, allowing the energy to work beyond words and giving space for each participant to listen deeply within.
This retreat is designed for those who are comfortable sitting in stillness and surrendering to subtle inner processes.
To maintain the depth of the container and ensure mutual readiness, participation is open only to regular attendees of Diana's classes, programmes, or retreats.
This allows us to build on a shared foundation of understanding, resonance, and trust within the energetic space we hold.

Recommendation:
Due to the lush greenery and natural surroundings of the retreat centre, occasional small insects such as ants, mosquitoes, millipedes, or lizards may enter the rooms—especially during the rainy season. While the rooms are properly sealed and cleaned, nature inevitably shares space with us. Most importantly, 99% of these insects are completely harmless, and we will provide mosquito nets to ensure your comfort.
We recommend consulting a travel health specialist for advice regarding optional vaccinations and to ensure you bring any necessary medications.
Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended. Please purchase a policy through a provider of your choice.
Visas are also not included. You may apply for an Indian tourist visa yourself or use a travel agent to assist with the process.
In February, Pondicherry enjoys some of the mildest temperatures of the year, typically ranging from 25–30°C during the day.
All rooms are fitted with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay.
