Kundalini Reclaimed: Yoga of The Decending Force

There are two distinct traditions when it comes to the Yogas of Kundalini Shakti. The first is the more well known tradition that is associated with the awakening & ascent of the energy up the spine towards the crown. Various practices & energetic transmissions can induce this Yoga, which is fundamentally the ascent of matter to the Spirit.

Sri Aurobindo the renowned 20th century sage, spoke about a different Yoga that will rise to prominence in the coming age, he called the Yoga of descending force. Here it is Spirit that takes charge of the yoga, by descending into & transforming matter. The path is one of opening & consenting to the action of the divine within the various layers of our system. Though in a manner of speaking, there is nothing to do, but how we relate with & engage with the energy can & does make a significant difference on how far the process unfolds for one. This Yoga is not the product of human efforts to achieve the Divine Condition…but it has appeared spontaneously (descended from above)—Given by the Divine (directly) and Transmitted via various (teachers / lineages of Yogic Siddha Masters.)

Each class will include a powerful transmission (30 min), teachings (20 min) & time for questions (20min) on practical application of what was shared.

Drawing on direct energetic activation & kundalini kriya yoga, his work is an invitation for the depth & intensity of Grace to unfold in her full expression.
