About the Event
As the space of transmission-based energy work & activation expands, there has been a muddling up of this term ‘Kundalini’, she has be commodified, distorted, neatly packed for the wellness market, far removed from the raw & potent basis for spiritual evolution.
Kundalini Shakti, in the tradition is not just an energy or force, but the very basis of the path. She is the very energy of Consciousness (Shiva), they are not two but one.
In these classes, along with a powerful transmission-supported mediation, we will explore teachings & insights from classical Tantric traditions (supported by our own direct experiences)where her path was first expounded.
In the tradition of Kundalini Yoga (not to be confused by a style of Yoga by a similar name), the transmission of Shakti (awakened energy) is only one wing of the bird, the other is wisdom/ insight.
The class aims at gradually unpacking the fundamental insights/teachings of the ancient path of Kundalini Yoga as kept alive within the Tantric lineages.
Each class will include a powerful transmission (30 min), teachings (20 min) & time for questions (20min) on practical application of what was shared.
With years of spiritual practice and profound realizations, Diana creates a space to help others awaken their Kundalini energy and expand their consciousness through her authentic, graceful and direct energy work infused with light and divine love.
Sri is an experienced senior teacher in the tradition of classical tantric/yogic meditation. Rooted in tradition and holding a Masters degree in Psychology, he skilfully blends the two streams of Yogic wisdom and contemporary psychology in his work. Sri’s path has primarily been devoted to Shakti. Drawing on direct energetic activation & kundalini kriya yoga, his work is an invitation for the depth & intensity of Grace to unfold in her full expression. He has been facilitating yogic mediation & direct energy work both in India & internationally for the last 15 years
