Join Diana for a 4-day residential retreat, just 30 minutes from Warsaw, and step into the living flow of Kundalini Shakti. Immerse yourself in deep energy work for four transformative days.

Through meditation, movement, and direct Energy Transmission, you will be supported in releasing tension, expanding awareness, and stepping more fully into your own power. This retreat is a container for presence and embodiment. Filled with the intelligence of Shakti, it invites you to reconnect with the deep rhythm of life that already lives within you,  a living current carrying wisdom, vitality, and the remembrance of your true nature.

What's the Schedule and What to Expect:

This retreat will take place at Zagroda Ojrzanów, a beautiful retreat center located just 30 minutes from Warsaw.

​

The 4-day retreat begins at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 21st, and concludes at 6:00 PM on Sunday, March 24th. Please plan to arrive at the retreat center by 10:00 AM for arrival and registration.

​

For participants without transportation, we can arrange a small shuttle bus from Warsaw to the retreat center and back for an additional cost.​

Daily Schedule:

​​​

• 10 AM - 1 PM: Morning segment, including 1 hour Yoga or movement class and 1 hour Energy Transmission session.

• 3 PM - 4 PM: Time for your own inner exploration through art, movement, walking, swimming, and connecting with nature.

• 4 PM - 6 PM: Afternoon segment, including 1 hour Energy Transmission session.

Meals:

​

• Breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday is served at 8AM.

• Lunch on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is served at 1 PM.

• Dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday is served at 7:30 PM.​

​The venue’s eco-farm provides most of the ingredients for our vegetarian meals, using seasonal produce grown on site. 

The retreat is nestled in beautiful natural surroundings, with walking paths, a small lake, and a sauna, offering countless ways to immerse yourself in the stillness of nature, this time embraced by a serene winter landscape.​

Accommodation:

Accommodation is in shared rooms (2–3 people per room), with a limited number of single rooms available. Please note that accommodation and meals are paid directly to the retreat centre owner.

There are cats living around the retreat center, so please consider this when booking.

We require that you attend at least 3 initial classes with Diana before the retreat to lay a foundational understanding of your work and the energetic space.
